What we collect
When you use BIG INVOICE, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and the invoices and client data you create in the app. We also collect standard usage data — app version, device type, crash reports — to keep the app working properly.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your invoice or client data for any purpose other than making the app work for you.
How we use it
We use your account information to manage your subscription and send you transactional emails (receipts, password resets). We use usage data to fix bugs and improve the app. That's it.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
Third-party services
BIG INVOICE uses the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Apple (App Store distribution). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email us at privacy@bigworks.app.
