What we collect
Everything you create in BIG INVOICE — your business details, invoices, estimates, clients, and photos — is stored only on your device. We don't upload it, keep a copy, or have any way to see it. The only information we receive is anonymous usage and analytics data, such as which features and screens are used and basic app and device information, to keep the app working and make it better. This data isn't tied to your identity and never includes your business, invoice, or client information.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers. Your invoices, estimates, and client information never leave your device.
How we use it
We use the anonymous usage data only to fix problems and improve the app. Because your business and client information stays on your device, we never see it and don't use it for anything.
Data storage
Your data lives in the app on your device, protected by your device's built-in security. The small amount of anonymous analytics the app sends travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. To remove everything, just delete the app.
Third-party services
BIG INVOICE relies on a few trusted third-party providers to operate — including app distribution and in-app subscription billing through the App Store, and anonymous usage analytics. Each provider has its own privacy policy, and we share only the minimum information each one needs. We never share your invoice or client data with them.
Your rights
Your information stays on your device, so you're always in control of it — to remove everything we could ever receive, simply delete the app. If you have questions or requests, email us at privacy@bigworks.app.
