Using BIG INVOICE
BIG INVOICE is provided by BIG WORKS LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
What you can do
You can use BIG INVOICE to create and send invoices, estimates, and related business documents for your own lawful business purposes. You can use the free tier indefinitely within its limits. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time.
What you can't do
You can't use BIG INVOICE for any unlawful purpose. You can't attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app or its underlying systems. You can't upload or transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with the app's operation.
Your data
You own your data. The invoices, client information, and business records you create in BIG INVOICE are yours. We don't claim any rights to them. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Subscription and billing
The Pro subscription is billed monthly through the Apple App Store. You can cancel at any time through your Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
Disclaimer
BIG INVOICE is provided as-is. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We're not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including lost business or data loss beyond the value of your subscription fees.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app. Continued use of BIG INVOICE after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
